Gathering Place is committed to giving back to our community.
While it is our goal to fulfill as many requests as possible, we receive a lot
of inquiries each year, and are unable to accommodate every request.

Please review our donation policies and fill out the
form below for your request to be considered.

Donation Policies

All donation requests must be made via this online donation form.

  • Requests must be made a minimum of 1 month prior to the event date.

  • Organizations (if approved) can only receive one (1) donation per calendar year.

  • Completing the donation request form does not guarantee a donation.

  • If your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation by email, so please include a valid email address and contact information.
