“To Ryed or Not To Ryed?” I know. No one ever asks this question because the answer is obvious. Ryed is our gentle nod to the classic Bavarian Dunkel with the addition of 3 types of Rye malt giving it a slight bready spiciness. Honey and toasted bread round out the flavor enhanced by a slight fruity pear and herbal hoppy aroma. So the question is not whether to Ryed or not, but “May I have another, bitte!”
