Host Your Event at a Milwaukee Brewery
We founded the brewery with the idea of using food and drink to bring people together. Our favorite memories are of family and friends gathered around a table and we’d love to help you create memories of your own.
Whether you’re planning a wedding, baby shower, birthday party, business or community meeting, or a friendly get-together…let us help you host! We have two unique venues: the Riverwest Brewery & Taproom and the Wauwatosa Taproom & Patio.
As a brewery we serve our house-made beer, but we also serve cocktails, sangrias, hard seltzers, and a variety of non-alcohol options. Our taprooms serves pizzas and pretzels, but you’re also able to bring in your own food. We have worked with dozens of caterers, restaurants, and food trucks and are happy to share contacts.
We’ve hosted hundreds of events. If you can dream it, we can likely make it happen!

The Riverwest Brewery & Taproom
The original location that started it all! Our industrial chic taproom blends warm wood decor with exposed beams and metal throughout. The taproom is open to the brewhouse, giving you full view of where we make the beer.
The Riverwest taproom holds 100 people at a time with a combination of high top and low tables and seating. The tables are easily rearranged and can be moved to suit your needs. Whether you’re looking to rent the whole space or just reserve a few tables, the space is very flexible.
New for summer 2026 is an outdoor beer garden on the west side of our building with seating for 30.
Wauwatosa Taproom & Patio
We expanded to Tosa in Fall 2022 and have enjoyed being part of this community ever since! The taproom is on a wonderful stretch of North Ave featuring great local shops and five restaurants on our block alone.
The Tosa taproom holds about 60 people inside, with the patio giving space for another 80ish people. The tables are easily rearranged and can be moved to suit your needs.
The patio is home to our famous Keg Curling during the winter, complete with a tent and heaters. It’s the perfect escape for cabin fever!
Let us host your event!
Whether you want to reserve a section of the taproom for a smaller group or rent the space for a private party, we have done it all!

FAQs
Q: What’s the difference between a rental and a reservation?
A: A rental is a private event with the taproom closed to the public. This option has a rental fee and a beverage minimum. A reservation means we’ll hold tables and space for your group while the taproom stays open to the public. This option has no fees or minimums.
Q: How much does it cost to rent the taproom?
A: Taproom rental rates vary by day of the week and location, but range from $250-$500 for a 4-hour period. For groups of 30 or less we recommend a reservation rather than a rental (though we can accommodate a private rental if that’s preferred).
Q: What is included in a rental?
A: A private rental includes the space, tables, chairs, staff, and use of audio/visual equipment. There are no extra fees for using the AV equipment. There is a 20% gratuity added to the beverage tab, but no other bartender fees.
Q: Can I bring in outside food?
A: Absolutely! There are no preferred vendors, so you’re welcome to bring in any food you’d like. We’ve worked with a bunch of caterers, restaurants, and food trucks and we’d be happy to share contact info. We have tables for food, but you (or the caterer) will need to provide plates, napkins, utensils, and serving items.
